Create your customer account by registering and entering the requested information, you will receive an email with a temporary password that will allow you to access your account, when you first log in you will be asked to change it.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request to change it by clicking on "Forgot your password?" following the wizard.
Purchase
Retrosupremo is the official supplier of all the products you will find on our site, our products belong to the aftermarket and are equivalent parts to the originals
To place an order, simply place the product you are interested in inside your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" command. From your shopping cart you have the option to "Proceed with Order". You will be able to proceed with your purchase after logging in to your personal area.
As soon as the purchase process is finished you will receive an email with a summary of your order; all progress will be communicated to you by email and will always be available in your personal area.
All products you will receive will have the packaging and with the packaging and packing conditions as provided directly by the manufacturers.
Payments
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure PayPal system and by bank transfer.
We have chosen to accept electronic payments through PayPal to provide even more assurance to our customers.
Verify that you have entered the information correctly and that your credit card has sufficient availability to cover the amount of your purchase. If not, verify that your card has not expired.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Any customs duties will be applied for non-European destinations according to the regulations in force in the country of destination of the order.
We advise you to check that your shopping cart respects the conditions of use of the code in your possession, for example: if the use of the code requires a minimum expenditure, if the promo is cumulative, if the end date of validity of the code has not already passed, and again if for the brands you are buying a discount code is applicable. If all these conditions are met and your code is still not working, please contact us right away and we will verify that there are no momentary technical problems.
Shipping
The shipping costs charged to the Customer will be calculated and indicated in the purchase procedure, before finalizing the order.
You can check the status of your order by logging directly into your account and clicking on "My Orders," where you can check the progress of your request in real time. The system is constantly updated. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number, which you can track on the Carrier's portal.

Variation is allowed until the carrier picks up, so we encourage you to provide a valid shipping address where you or someone you trust can be present to receive the goods and the appropriate call sign on the bell. Carriers will require a signature for proof of delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are free for orders placed on our site. If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. You will be able to request it directly from the My Orders section of your account.

Refunds are processed only after the returns have been received by our warehouse and submitted for technical analysis.
If the condition of the product meets the requirements, a refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise via the same payment method used to finalize the order. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. The credit may appear after 1/2 business days depending on your bank's timing.
